Rattlesnake Master (Eryngium yuccifolium)
Silver-white, thistle-type flower heads attract bees and parasitic wasps. Pale gray-green, sharply pointed foliage. Prefers full sun and well-drained soil. Can reach heights up to 6 feet. Excellent for interplanting with airy open grass species.
